In Vallejo, California on June 2, police executed a 22-year-old man in cold blood. Sean Monterrosa was stopped at the scene of an alleged looting at a Walgreens. Monterrosa was kneeling with his hands in the air. He had a hammer tucked into his pocket which police “mistook” for a firearm. But the young man was on his knees with his hands in the air. No matter what the circumstances, this can only be called one thing – murder.
