Democratic Party presidential candidate Joe Biden has a solution to the problem of police violence: shoot Black people in the legs instead! In a recent statement, Biden suggested that cops could be retrained to blow the kneecaps off of people rather than shooting them in the heart. Apparently he thinks that, as long as cops are going to shoot Black people, they should put them in wheelchairs instead of coffins.
